IJustOrder is a Food Delivery App Designed for Stadiums and Events 

 

HelloPitch changed the way media and influencers talk about IJO.

Have you ever been to a sporting event, concert, or food truck event and wanted to avoid getting up, waiting 30 minutes for a food order, and missing out on all the action? Well, there's an app for that—IJustOrder (IJO).

IJO was launched to meet consumer needs and give consumers an even greater experience at sporting events, concerts, conferences, and other events. 

Food and beverage are the third most crucial element of the live experience for fans, so to create better engagement and more bang for their buck, why not give the crowd what they want—more time in their seats to enjoy the event? At the same time, their in-stadium order is delivered right to their seats via the IJO app. 

The IJO platform is designed to offer a food delivery service suitable for stadiums. 

Eventually, the IJO app will include pre-event services such as ticket sales, travel planning, lodging, parking, and transportation.

HelloPitch hit the ground running with IJO, and our strategy was to establish it as the premier app for those looking to increase proactive engagement at events.

IJO was becoming known to businesses and media in the United States, so it needed to make a name for itself in food and beverage. To drive awareness and coverage, we launched narratives that would make the app accessible to the media and position IJO as a food and beverage industry leader.

Our campaign included top-tier journalists to create awareness in media and influencers. We took the initiative to immerse IJO in spaces that allow feedback, interaction, and integration. 

IJO needed to reach omnichannel retailers, e-commerce giants, and the larger food and beverage industry. To do this, we educated the market on the importance of engaging and converting fans into more revenue by expanding their experience.
